His work, His kingdom, No boundaries

Check out the link to the right. Jesus in China. Since we began our adoption, I have heard many times. "why don't you adopt a child from America? There are so many in our own country." Well today I was reminded again, that we are not united by the country we are citizens of but the kingdom to which we belong. Our kingdom is not of this earth, it is of Heaven, and when Jesus died on the cross He broke the boundaries that limited His chosen people to Israel. His kingdom is also for the gentiles. This is a world-wide kingdom that has no boundary to His work. It is not just the church to which you attend, nor to the town you live in, nor the state or country you reside. God is a loving God, that desire that all might come to know Him. I have never had the loyalty to a specific nation, myself. Because I see the calling to be so much greater than that. God's desire is for all people to know Him.

Once again we have great cause to praise Him for He works all around us. Lulu is from Henan province and is awaiting the family God has planned for her. This video is about the key work that He is doing in Henan as she waits. Henan is a key city in the Christian movement in China.
